A bright blue aurora borealis rhinestones beetle bug brooch from the 2000s.
The brooch features a large central tear drop shaped blue aurora borealis crystal and a round blue aurora borealis crystal at the neck and smaller blue rhinestones on the body. The face of the bug is in black enamel and tentacles in gold plating.
 
The brooch can be styled as a collar pin apart from used as a normal brooch over a lapel, it can also be used as a shoulder brooch, scarf pin, hair pin or a purse pin.
 
The brooch can also be worn as a statement pendant or a collar brooch.
