While the design has a Victorian aesthetic, the set is likely from the 1980s, as Past Times was established in that decade. However, it's possible that the original design dates back to the Victorian era and was repackaged by Past Times in the 1980s.
 
About Past Times: Past Times was a UK retailer known for selling retro gifts, jewelry, and home wares.
