An lovely Edwardian antique coin/dance purse from the 1900s from a time gone by ,it hangs from a sturdy link chain. As a dance purse this can be hung from the finger ring, or it can easily be attached to a chatelaine.  The bag is from the 1900s, and has stamped EPNS on the inside frame.
 
The purse is made from electroplated nickel silver and has “EPNS” stamped inside the frame. It fastens with a clasp at the top. There is a short chain with a finger loop attached securely at the top. The inside of the purse is lined in a stiff brown, faux leather fabric, and has three sections. This purse is in very good used vintage condition. The hinge and clasp work as they should. The chain is securely attached. The exterior is bright, with very small dent on one side (not noticeable at all).  Please see the photos. The interior is clean, with a little wear at the sides.

The purse opens with a simple push .The purse is designed to be hand held or using the circular section as a ring hold. The bag inside has three compartments which can easily hold cash, coin, small paper notes etc.
